Which is worse, the fact that the cobbler’s children have no shoes or that the interior designer’s master bedroom looks like this?
I know, I know…I hear it from my husband at least once per quarter. “When is it going to be our turn?”
Since we moved into our current home in 2009, I’ve managed to complete the kids’ rooms (here and here), my home office, the family room, and started working on our kitchen. I also co-founded a non-profit and had a fourth child so cut me some slack, will ‘ya? I’ve been busy.
However, thanks to Loom Decor, I’m motivated to get started on our Master Bedroom sooner than later. Loom Decor is an online source for do-it-yourself custom home decor. With their wide range of decorator fabrics you can create beautiful drapery, bedding, and throw pillows to accent your home.
Loom Decor has provided me an opportunity to try out their service and provide you a review about my experience. Such a deal, right?
So far, I’m impressed with their site simulator which allows you to see your design before you buy. This tool is especially helpful for those of you who have a hard time visualizing how your fabric selection will come together. Take a look.
If you need help, Loom Decor provides a complimentary stylist to assist you with their wide range of throw pillows, duvet covers, drapery, and bedskirts. You can also ask them about mixing patterns to get that designer look your crave. Need additional fabric for an upholstery project? You can also buy the fabric by the yard! There’s no excuse for not creating the room of your dreams.
Like Loom Decor on facebook and follow along on Pinterest.
You can also follow my Erika Ward / BluLabel Bungalow for Loom Decor Pinterest Board to get a peek at my inspiration.
Have you been slacking on your bedroom’s decor? Please tell me I’m not the only one!
Disclosure: Loom Decor provided me with a gift certificate to shop their site. However, as always, all thoughts and opinions expressed herein are my own.

Well ladies I can say that my bedroom is not like that. It is nice. I would often ask my clients…Why is the master bedroom the last room to get decorated. I wanted a nice room to de-stress and share with my hubby. Thanks for sharing Ericka.

It’s always like that with the hairdresser, the manicurist, the cook, the painter…anybody that does these kinds of things for others. I myself am in the process of switching things up. Maybe when I change my blog up I may give a sneak peak…hummmmmmm

Thank you so much for sharing. I really appreciate it. I have been in my home for 2 years and have been so anxious to complete my master bedroom. You have given me a feeling of relief and decreased my sense of urgency to have my whole house completed.
